Whether you're looking for a 1:1 private session, a small group class, or a community flow, each session is tailored to meet your goals with a strong focus on mind-body connection, alignment, and breath.

Current Schedule
Tuesday / Thrive Mid-Morning Flow
11:30am- 12:30pm
A mindful slow flow practice connecting our movement to our breath.
Hosted through Thrive Community Fitness. A membership or drop-in sign up at Thrive is required.
Thursday / Early Evening Flow
6:00-7:00pm
Wind down, check in, and calm your nervous system- an early evening flow to encourage the mind body connection.
Located at North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing (1051 NE 7th Ave, Oak Harbor). Space is limited!
Saturday / Thrive Morning Yoga
9-10am
Starting our weekend with community, connection, breath, and movement.
Hosted through Thrive Community Fitness. A membership or drop-in sign up at Thrive is required.

Just passing through or want to feel it out? Drop in anytime for a single class and soak up a full hour of grounding movement and mindful connection.

3 - Class Pass $45
A little taste of flow. Enjoy three classes at your own pace. Perfect for getting rooted in your practice without a full commitment.

5 - Class Pass $70
Start building your practice. This pass offers five sessions to stretch, strengthen, and return to your mat when your soul needs it most.

Community / Outdoor Flow

Flow beneath the open sky and reconnect with nature in this donation-based or free community class. Everyone is welcome, and all levels encouraged!
It is my firm belief that yoga is for EVERYONE. It truly changes lives. As such, yoga should not only be made physically accessible for everyone but also financially accessible. I am happy to offer a sliding scale payment system for those who would like to practice but are facing financial difficulties. Please reach out to me to discuss the options available, our conversation will be completely confidential.
