Tuesday / Good Morning Flow
9:30-10:30am
Starting the morning with intention- a practice for energizing and grounding your day.
Located at North Whidbey Center for Wellbeing (1051 NE 7th Ave, Oak Harbor). Space is limited!
Wednesday / Balance & Mobility Flow
Beginning June 25-
6:45-7:45pm
A practice designed to encourage flexibility, mobility, balance, and community.
Located at Crossfit Amethyst in Oak Harbor.
Thursday / Early Evening Flow
5:30-6:30pm
Wind down, check in, and calm your nervous system- an early evening flow to encourage the mind body connection.

Saturday / Thrive Morning Yoga
9-10am
Starting our weekend with community, connection, breath, and movement.
Hosted through Thrive Community Fitness. A membership or drop-in sign up at Thrive is required.
Every First Sunday / Soul Flow
5:30-6:30pm
Held every first Sunday of the month.​
Setting our intentions for the month ahead as we release, connect, root, and bloom.

It is my firm belief that yoga is for EVERYONE. It truly changes lives. As such, yoga should not only be made physically accessible for everyone but also financially accessible. I am happy to offer a sliding scale payment system for those who would like to practice but are facing financial difficulties.
