Meet Your Guide on the Mat
Hi, I’m Brittany — a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor (RYT 200), mental wellness advocate, and forever a student of yoga and life.
I began my yoga journey like many do: seeking calm in the chaos. What I found was so much more—strength, clarity, connection, and a deep appreciation for simply showing up as I am.
Yoga is not about perfection or performance. It’s about presence, breath, and creating space to come home to yourself. This philosophy lives at the heart of every class I teach.
As a teacher, I specialize in guiding beginners—those who may feel intimidated by traditional yoga spaces or unsure where to start. My classes are judgment-free, accessible, and full of gentle encouragement. Whether you're navigating stress, rediscovering your body after a life change, or just need a moment to breathe—I’m here for you.
Outside the studio, I live on beautiful Whidbey Island, WA, where I draw inspiration from nature, family, and community. Yoga keeps me grounded, energized, and connected—and I’d be honored to share that with you.

Yoga Grounding Guide
Mantra:
Move Softly. Root Deeply. Bloom Freely.
Just a Few Petals of Me
Favorite Tea:
-
Vanilla Chamomile | A calming classic with a sweet twist. Like a gentle exhale at golden hour—soothing, grounding, and perfect for slow sips after movement or meditation.
-
Lavender & Rose | Floral, Fragrant, and full of love. This blend feels like blooming from the inside out —relaxing the nervous system while nurturing the soul. A true petal-powered potion.
Favorite Pose
Forward Fold – Uttanasana
I do this pose multiple times a day! It releases tension in my lower back and keeps my hamstrings and legs stretched and strong. It also helps relieve stress—I love the imagery of stress melting away in this fold.
